No proper license can be found. Check your subscription and try again

O365 – Clicking on Distribution Group Tab in User Properties shows an error:-

“No proper license can be found. Check your subscription and try again.”

  • Uncheck the O365 CAL and Click Apply from Microsoft Online Tab (User properties)
  • Check it back to assign the CAL again, Click Apply
  • Open the Distribution Group Tab again, it might show the error again, click on Retry for some time as the distribution group will start showing up.
